一、 take/bring
这两个词都是动词，都含有 “带” 或“拿”的意思，但使用场合各不相同。 bring 作“带来 ” 、“拿来 ”解； take 是 bring 的对语，作 “带去 ”、“拿去 ”解。
例： Why don't you bring your friend to the party? 你为什么不把你的朋友带来参加宴会？
Next time don't forget to bring me a copy of your work. 下次不要忘了把一份您的作品带给我。
Plea take the books to the library for me. 请把这些书替我带到图书馆去。
Take the box away, plea. 请把盒子拿走。

二、tell /talk/ say /speak
1. speak 强调单方的“说”或“讲”，后面可跟某种语言。
如： Speak English in my class，plea. 在我的课上请说英语。
2. talk 强调双方“交谈”，一般用作不及物动词， 表示“同某人谈论 (某事 )”，可用 talk to / with sb (about sth.) 。
如： He was talking to / with a friend. 他在同一位朋友谈话。
3. say 强调说话内容，一般用作及物动词。表示“对某人说”，可用 say to sb。
如： Did you say anything (to him)? 你(对他 )说了些什么 ? 注：以下句型值得注意： 据说他病了。 正： It is said that he is ill. 正：He is said to be ill.
4. tell 表示“告诉”，可 tell sb sth. / tell sth. to sb. 告诉某人某事。
如：I told him my name. 我把名字告诉了他。【注】还可接不定式的复合结构作宾语 ,tell sb to do sth. 叫某人做某事。 如： Tell her to come at once. 叫她马上来。

三、get to /arrive/reach
get to 与 arrive 均为 “到达”之意。
①get to 后面接名词， 如. get to Shanghai/New York 但“到达这里 /那里”则为 get here/ get there。因为 here 和 there 为副词，所以它们前面不加 to。
模拟考②arrive 是不及物动词，它后面不能直接跟名词，必须与介词 in/或 at 连用之后 +名词。 如. They arrived at Jim’s hou （小地点之前用介词 at）
When did they arrive in Beijing? （大地点之前用介词 in）
I didn’t know when he arrived.我不知道他何时到达的。 此处 arrived 后面不需要宾语，故也不要加 in 或 at。 “到达这里 /那里 ”则改为 arrive here/ there，“到家”则为 arrive home，因为 here, there, home均为副词，所以不加 in/at。
③reach+地点 如.He reached Beijing very late.
