种植体周龈沟液流量及天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶的活性测定
【摘要】 志远翻译社目的 通过测定不同牙龈出血指数(MBI)时种植体周龈沟液及其中天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶((aspartate aminotranfera AST)的活性变化，探讨GCF及jwlAST在种植体周围组织炎症发展中的变化。方法honey的意思 从接受种植义齿治疗的患者中选取30例，共计40layman什么意思颗种植体，按照牙龈出血指数MBI分为4组：MBI=0组(对照组)12颗，MBI=1组11comeon什么意思颗；MBI=2组9颗；MBI=3组8颗。分别测量GCF及AST活性。结果 同对照组相比， MBI=1组GCF及AST略有增加但差异无统计学意义。MBI=2组及MBI=3组GCF及AST同对照组相比差异有统计学意义。结论 GCF量及micky什么意思AST活性随着牙龈出血指数的增加而增加。
