1. Basic Function and Scope:

Manage the human resource department and overes the overall development of all HR Functions by providing support, direction and advice to HR ction heads.
Sets standards and strategies in all areas to ensure smooth functioning of all HR related matters and facilitate in order to achieve aims and objectives of The Company.
2. Tasks and Duties:

2.1Staffing, Recruitment and Selection
∙Liai with HR ction head to ensure continuous development and Implementation of recruitment procedures
∙Reviews manpower requirements and needs of other department manager, submits to the nior managers for approvals
∙Seeks approvals from nior management for new vacancies not within the annual organizational plan.
∙Ensures the continuous development and systematic practice of recruitment and lection
∙Sign contracts with high caliber and cost effective recruitment agencies.
2.2Training and Development

nology transfer as per Contract.
∙Interface with HR ction head and external training providers for the implementation of training programs to meet business needs where appropriate.
∙Attend training and development workshops

2.3Compensation and Benefits
∙Liai with HR ction head on payroll administration and make all necessary co-ordination for a smooth and efficient operation.
∙Review and approve monthly wages procesd by the ction head
∙Monitor any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount.
∙Review annual compensation analysis and benefits and compensation regional surveys as needed

2.4Budget and financial management
∙Submit the personnel budget for all personnel costs and headcount to finance manager on quarterly basis
∙Submit all training and technology transfer costs to the finance manager
2.5Other duties
∙Ensures the continuous development and implementation of personnel administration, terms and conditions, staffing and recruitment, training, and other HR policies to meet the Contract’s requirements in light of changing circumstances and submitting recommendations to Senior Management for approvals
∙Ensure the provision of medical rvice to all employees and eligible family members in accordance provisions and standards t by The Company

7. Minimum Requirements:
∙B.Sc. Degree in a relevant field
∙20 relevant years' experience, 10 years working within the domain.
