留学美国氯吡格雷与阿司匹林联合应用在急性脑梗死治疗中的疗效评定龙井英语

英国 公投目的：观察氯吡格雷与阿司匹林联合应用在急性脑梗死治疗中的临床疗效。方法：选择我院自2014年1月～2014年6月期间，住院部所收治的急性脑梗死患者共计40例作为研究对象，按照数字随机表方法进行分组，20例纳入对照组，20例纳入观察组。20例对照组患者单纯使用阿司匹林进行干预；20例观察组患者使用氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林进行干预。对两组患者接受治疗14d后的临床疗效进行评定。结果：观察组20例患者总有效率为85.00%（17/20），临床疗效明显优于对照组，数据对比差异显著且有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论：氯吡格雷与阿司匹林联合应用在急性那梗死治疗中有确切疗效，可改善临床有效率，值得进一步推广应用。edl
