摘要：Provided in the prent disclosure is a process for preparing trioxymethylene
from methanol, comprising: step 1: preparing and obtaining formaldehyde from a mixture of methanol and methylal under the action of an oxidation catalyst, and absorbing using water to obtain a concentrated formaldehyde aqueous solution; step 2: cyclizing the concentrated formaldehyde aqueous solution under the action of a cyclization catalyst to generate trioxymethylene, gas-pha extracting a trioxymethylene-containing mixture, and rectifying and concentrating same by passing through a trioxymethylene concentrating tower to obtain a crude trioxymethylene product; step 3: converting a byproduct in the crude trioxymethylene product and unreacted formaldehyde into methanol by means of catalytic refining, carrying out dehydration paration by using membrane dehydration technology, and carrying out retentate side material dealcoholization to obtain purified trioxymethylene; and step 4: carrying out reactive distillation on other material flow in the paration process to obtain a mixture of methanol and methylal at the top of a reactive distillation tower and to obtain water at the bottom of the tower, recycling the methanol and methylal mixture to step 1, and recycling the water to a formaldehyde absorption tower or discharging same out of the system.
