摘要：PURPOSE:To enhance both workability of the cutting-off process for an etched product of the obtained titled product and quality of the etched product by engraving a half-cut groove processing part to the connecting part of the etched product and a joining bar. CONSTITUTION:The half-cut groove processing parts 4 having proper depth are simultaneously engraved in the connecting parts of the etched products 3 and the joining bars 2 which join the above-mentioned products 3 to the blank parts 1 in ca of masking the titled product before parating the etched product 3 by the etching processing of an ordinary resist pattern method. By such constitution, single product 3 can be easily cut off without damaging the shape and the dimension of the product 3.
