4.Responsibility(职责thereare)
4.1 Program
4.1.1 PM/PA is leader for NPI activities, is responsible to get the NPI build plan and update 3 months forecast monthly to team member.
PM/PA作为NPI活动的主导者，负责获得NPI活动的计划并每月更新后三个月的计划给各成员。
4.1.2 PM/PA as acting leader of preparation stage, is responsible to call kick-off meeting two months before the build schedule while some brief info could be found on FTP site, especially for new technology introduced.
PM/PA负责主导NPI活动的准备阶段，需在新产品计划实施前的2个月召开第一次准备会，并负责将产品的基本信息放在公共网址上，特别是关于新技术引进的信息。
4.1.3 PM/PA is responsible to make sure all necessary items are ready according to project tracker log at least two weeks before build schedule.
PM/PA负责在新产品实施前2周确认产品信息追踪表上的各项必备信息齐全、完整。
4.1.3 PM/PA is the responsible for solves ECO & TIP issues during NPI on time.
PM/PA负责解决在新产品实施过程中新的ECO&TIP所产生的问题。

4.2 Quality
4.2.1 Quality engineer generate Q-Plan by product Family.
质量工程师负责根据产品制作Q-Plan.
4.2.2 Quality engineer is responsible to confirm the flow chart and ensure flex flow was correctly t into system before production build according to information provided by process engineer.
QE负责根据PE提供的信息在新产品生产实施前建立Flex flow系统并确认流程图。
4.2.3 Quality engineer is responsible to generate FC and OBA WI, training operator on line.
QE负责制作FC和OBA的操作指导书，在线培训操作人员。
4.2.4 PQC follow FA check process while product start.

4.2.5 Quality engineer on line check production according to documents and WI in order to buy off the process.

4.3 Test
4.3.1 Functional test engineer is responsible for tting traceability system, put label mask into system and fix all system requirement. Check the label with PE.
TE海淀翻译公司负责根据客户要求设立追踪系统，将标签文件建好并完成各系统设定。同PE一起检查标签的打印符合要求。
4.3.2 Functional test engineer is responsible for tting product software download station and customization software download station, related software must be installed properly on line.
TE负责软件下载和测试工位的建立，相应软件安装到位。
4.3.3 Functional test engineer is responsible for generate Wintest WI and training operator on line.
TE负责制作测试操作指导书并在线培训操作人员。
4.3.4 Functional test engineer is responsible for support to analysis on defect terminals and finish quality report on related part.
TE负责支持不良产品的分析活动并完成质量报告中的相应部分。
4.3.5 Debug engineer is responsible for support to analysis on defect terminals and finish quality report on related part.

4.4 Production
4.4.1 Prepare and check material loading for manufacture according to loading list.
