Abstract: With the coming of the internet era, people’s life, work and study become more and more convenient. At the same time, the ever-developing information society requires the improvement of college Students’ training methods, the active transformation of teachers’ educational ideas, the reform of educational models, and the comprehensive training of students. In college education, the major of environmental art changes with the development of the times, which requires university teachers to comb the development history of environmental art major in teaching and clarify its characteristics. With the help of network technologies, we should strengthen the innovation and reform of environmental art major, effectively cultivate students in environmental art major, and promote students’ all-round development.

The teaching of environmental art major in colleges and universities can cultivate a batch of students with advanced thoughts of environmental art design, provide a new direction for our country’s environmental design, and create a good living environment for people. In the internet era, the education of environmental art major in colleges and universities is going through a new challenge. Teachers should clarify the significance of teaching reform, effectively u various educational technologies to assist in educational reform, so as to cultivate students in an all-round way and promote students to have a better understanding of environmental art design.

2. The Influence of Internet on the Teaching Reform of Environmental Art Major in Colleges and Universities

In the internet era, teachers should apply various technologies to carry out the teaching of environmental art major. In this way, it can effectively enrich students’ learning world, innovate teachers’ teaching methods, stimulate students’ learning interest, encourage students to actively participate in the teaching of environmental art major, and carry out comprehensive training for students. In addition, under the background of the Internet, the u of information technology and digital teaching methods can also improve the teaching efficiency and effect. In the traditional teaching of environmental art, both the teaching content and form are relatively backward, which leads to the dull learning experience for students and the psychological boredom of learning. However, in the context of the Internet, effective application of various information-bad teaching methods can help solve this problem, enrich the teaching content, optimize the teaching form, create a good teaching environment, stimulate students’ interest in learning, and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.
