1. 比较级通常由“比较级+than+…”构成，表示在两者之间一方比另一方“更加……”。注意 than 前后两项相比较的人或事物要一致。
如：The weather in Shanghai is warmer than in Beijing. (×)
The weather in Shanghai is warmer than that in Beijing. (√)
2. 原级常用句型结构
① “as+形容词原级+as…”表示“……和……程度相同”或“……是……的几倍”。
Tom is as old as Kate.
② “not as/so+形容词原级+as…”表示“（前者）……不如（后者）……”。 This room is not
as/so big as that one.
He doesn’t work as/so hard as his brother.
