随着人们健康意识的增强和人口老龄化的日益加剧,重大疾病保险产品已成为我国寿险市场中最快增长、最受欢迎的“明星”保险产品之一。然而,重大疾病保险产品面临着许多风险,例如产品设计风险、精算风险、销售风险、查勘风险、理赔风险等。因此,本研究旨在探讨A寿险公司重大疾病保险产品的风险管理问题,分析其风险来源,并提出相应的防范和应对策略。
本研究采用问卷调查、案例分析、文献综述等方法,对A寿险公司的重大疾病保险产品进行风险管理研究。研究发现,A寿
险公司重大疾病保险产品的风险主要源于以下几个方面:首先,产品设计不合理,导致保障范围模糊、理赔难度大;其次,产品风险定价不合理,导致保费过高,影响销售;最后,理赔管理不当,导致理赔流程复杂、理赔结果不公。针对以上问题,研究提出了相应的防范和应对策略,包括加强产品设计与审查、优化产品风险定价、加强理赔管理等多方面措施。
本研究的结论对A寿险公司重大疾病保险产品的风险管理和优化具有一定的参考和借鉴意义,也对其他
寿险公司加强重大疾病保险产品的风险管理和优化提供了一定的指导。

Abstract:
With the enhancement of people's health awareness and the aging of the population, critical illness
insurance products have become one of the fastest-growing and most popular "star" insurance products in China's life insurance market. However, critical
illness insurance products face many risks, such as product design risk, actuarial risk, sales risk,
survey risk and claims risk. Therefore, this study
aims to explore the risk management of A life
insurance company's critical illness insurance products, analyze its risk sources, and propo corresponding prevention and respon strategies.
This study adopts methods such as questionnaire survey, ca analysis, and literature review to conduct risk management rearch on A life insurance company's critical illness insurance products. The study found that the risks of A life insurance company's critical illness insurance products mainly derive from the following factors: firstly, unreasonable product
design leads to ambiguous coverage and difficulties in claims; condly, unreasonable product risk pricing leads to high premiums and affects sales; finally,
improper claims management leads to complex claims process and unfair outcomes. To address the issues, the study propos corresponding prevention and respon strategies, including strengthening product design and review, optimizing product risk pricing, strengthening claims management, and other measures.
The conclusion of this study has a certain reference and reference value for the risk management and optimization of A life insurance company's critical illness insurance products, and also provides guidance for other life insurance companies to strengthen the risk management and optimization of critical illness insurance products.
