对建筑工程招标控制价的编制分析
摘要：招标控制价是对招标工程投标报价的最高限价，在工程招投标过程中具有十分重要的作用。应该严格按照招标文件的工程量清单、设计文件、工程造价信息，施工方案等相关资料为依据，编制准确合理的招标控制价，但由于某些招标单位对编制招标控制价的的必要性认识和重要性认识不足，导致工程量清单招标控制价计价活动中存在的很多问题,通过加强监督管理, 切实采取有效的措施,以促进工程建设招投标工作更加规范、有序、健康的发展。
