➢ We will rerve the bonus according to the “Overall Performance Rate” per the annual performance review as a method to motivate good performance. ( Detail standard refer to below “Guideline” part item 5). Manager Level per as the Poly Annual year review result.

Calculation of the Year End Bonus 忠实员工奖金的计算
➢ The Year End Bonus will be calculated on the basis of the average salary for the past 12 month 忠实员工奖金的计算将按年 12 个月的平均工资为标准。
➢ Cut off time for bonus: January 1 to December 31,. 奖金的计算日期基于年 1 月 1 日至年 12 月 31 日。

Terms 忠实员工奖金发放前提:
➢ The confirmed staff(including trainees) who rved the hotel less than 12 months in 2022, when entitles year-end bonus will be calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the actual length of rvice. If the employee was resigned and rehired last year, the actual rvice length should be
calculated from the latest commencement date.
通过试用期的员工(包括实习生),但是年限不满一年的,年终奖金将按工作时间的长短比例计算 发放,如果该员工为离职再聘用,其工作时间应从最后一次聘用日期开始计算。
Employees are still in probation period at December 31, will be entitled to minimum RMB 300 as the Year End bonus. If the year-end bonus calculated ba on length of rvice higher than 300 RMB, then bonus will be calculated ba on length of rvice. Staffs join after Jan 1, 2022 will be entitled RMB 100 (include outsources )
到 12 月 31 日前仍在试用期内的员工,年终奖金下限为 300 元人民币。如果年终奖金按工
