COROMAX脉冲电源容量
The COROMAX unit will supply full pul peak voltage for a field with a capacitance of 115 nF. It can also be connected to larger fields, and then the pul peak voltage will gradually be reduced. COROMAX脉冲电源可以对一个115nF电场提供全脉冲峰值电压,也可以连接更大的电场,脉冲的峰值电压会有所降低。
The Mark IV units now being supplied have a rating of 60 kV mean (ba voltage) + 80 kV (pul) / 400 – 600 – 800 – 1000 mA mean The pul width is 75 microconds. If the ESP field is having
a capacitance of 35 pF/m2, then the full pul voltage will be achieved with a field of approx. 3300 m2. With a field size of 5700 m2 the pul peak voltage will be reduced to 57 kV which we will consider to be the minimum acceptable voltage.

The test container is equipped with 2 COROMAX Mark III units, of rating 60 kV + 70 kV / 800 mA, with a capacitance of 115 nF., and a pul width of 100 microconds. They will have full pul voltage for a field of 3300 m2, and the minimum acceptable pul voltage for a 5000 m2 field.
移动测试集装箱里配备的是两台第三代COROMAX脉冲电源,60KV+70KV/800mA,电容量115nF,
脉冲宽度是100微秒。可以为3300平米提供全脉冲电压,5000m2时达到可接受

If the ESP field capacitance differs from 35 pF/m2 then the field sizes above will of cour be changed proportionally.

The weight of the HV units is up to 3 t each.

For low resistivity dust, the transport of the charged particles is the limiting part of the precipitation process. The transport speed is proportionally to the average voltage, so that ESP efficiency can be improved by increasing this. With a Switch Mode Power Supply the condary voltage will be higher
than the one from a traditional one pha T/R t, where the ripple from the 50 Hz supply will be found also in the condary voltage, so that the average voltage is reduced.
对以低比电阻的粉尘,荷电颗粒的运动受到收尘过程的限制。运动速度与平均电压成比例,因此ESP的除尘效率可以通过提高平均电压而提高。通过开关式电源二次电压可以比传统

The COROMAX will have a nearly smooth ba voltage, since the T/R t is a three-pha unit, so there will be nearly the same increa in the ba voltage level for this, when compared to a SMPS.

For a high-resistivity dust, the limiting factor is the charging of the dust, which is proportional to the peak voltage. The SMPS will not have a higher peak voltage than a normal T/R t, and not
at all near the peak voltage levels of a COROMAX unit. On the contrary, the SMPS will also experience the limitations to the voltage level impod by back corona, which is eliminated in
the COROMAX system. There is thus no efficiency improvement for high resistivity dust by using the SMPS.
对于高比电阻的粉尘,粉尘荷电与峰值电压的成正比关系,开关式电源并不能产生比普通
的整流电源设备更高的峰值电压,更无法与COROMAX脉冲电源比较。相反,开关式电源
还会受到反电晕的影响而其限制电压等级,而COROMAX脉冲电源是没有反电晕的。正是
