Divorce Agreement
This divorce agreement (the "Agreement") is made on [DATE] by and between [HUSBAND NAME] (hereinafter referred to as "Husband") and [WIFE NAME] (hereinafter referred to as "Wife").
RECITALS
●Husband and Wife were married on [DATE] and have been living parately since [DATE].
●The parties wish to dissolve their marriage in an amicable manner and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
1. Division of Asts and Liabilities
a. Husband and Wife shall divide all marital asts and liabilities in accordance with the following:

b. Husband and Wife reprent and warrant to each other that they have disclod all asts and liabilities, and that they have not hidden or transferred any asts or liabilities with the intention of defrauding the other.
1. Child Custody and Support
a. The parties shall share joint legal custody of their child[ren], [CHILD(REN) NAME(S)], with [HUSBAND/WIFE] as the primary residential parent.
b. The parties shall adhere to the following visitation schedule for [CHILD(REN) NAME(S)]:
