为贯彻实施科教兴国战略和人才强国战略，加快高技能人才队伍建设，培养和造就一批具有较强实践能力和较高综合职业素质的青年应用型人才，甲方与乙方本着互相协作，各施所长，互补所需的精神，经协商一致，同意建立校企合作关系，并订立协议如下：
With the intention to effectively implement nation-building strategies that encompass utilizing advanced Science and Technology and tapping on the country’s talent pool; to speed up the fostering of a new generation of applied highly-skilled talents, developing and nurturing a pool of learned young adults with a strong n of practicality, good hands-on skills and high level of organizational and business tting awareness and familiarity, Party A and Party B mutually agree to work in clo and cooperative partnership and in all ways possible to the best of each party’s abilities to provide for such a prospect.
一．合作总则
General Agreement Guidelines
为主动适应经济社会发展需要，大力发展旅游高等教育，促进企业提高人才水平和科技创新能力，甲乙双方决定进行全面合作，共同培养具有服务意识、创新能力和可持续发展能力的高素质高技能人才。双方可建立校企合作领导小组，加强联系，促进合作的全面深入开展。
In order to acclimatize to the anticipated demands of the rapid development of our society; extensively promote tourism higher education and facilitate the ability of organizations to enhance workforce quality and technological innovation, Party A and Party B have agreed to join forces, collaborating to equip students with rvice industry knowledge, innovative competencies and the spirit of perverance so that they ultimately become highly capable individuals. Both parties can form a lead alliance team so as to enhance relationships and improve communication, enabling a greater and all-rounded collaborative effort.
一、 责任和义务
Roles and Responsibilities
㈠ 甲方责任和义务
Party A’s Roles and Responsibilities
1、根据乙方产业发展需要和用工计划，与乙方共同商讨确定校企合作培养的对象、人数及方式。甲方应根据乙方职业岗位的知识技能要求和职业资格准入相关条件制定培养对象的实施教学计划和课程教学大纲，按需施教，为乙方培养应用型高技能人才。
Party A should, taking into consideration Party B’s organization developmental needs and staffing schedules, discuss and come to a connsus with Party B on the type of students to be involved in this programme, the exact number of students and the manner of involvement. Party A should also, in accordance with Party B’s staffing quality requirements and individual position competency requirements, formulate a training programme and a cour outline. It is in the onus of Party A to nurture students whom will eventually be equipped with the right t of competencies desired for the internship by strictly adhering to the cour agenda t out.
2、根据专业教学计划和课程教学大纲要求，确定定期课程实习及集中校外实习的时间、内容、人数和要求，并在每次实习前定期与乙方联系，听取乙方建议制定具体实习计划和安排实习。
Party A should, in accordance with the professional training programme and cour outline requirements t out, validate a fixed internship period and finalize the external training period, training scope, number of students to be involved and training requirements. Party A should also, prior to every internship period, take initiative to contact Party B and assist Party B in preparing the exact training programme and making the necessary arrangements.
3、在学生实习期间委派专人负责实习学生的实习指导和跟踪管理工作，教育学生遵守乙方的各项管理制度和劳动制度，协助乙方处理实习期间各类问题。
During the internship period, Party A should appoint a person to be responsible for the trainee. This person will be fully in charge of the trainee during the internship period, and responsibilities include, supervision, mentoring, educating the trainee on Party B’s organi
zational policies and procedures and code of conduct, and proactively assisting Party B in solving any problems related to the internship.
4、甲方协助乙方，对乙方的管理人员、专业技术人员或转岗工人，开展相关培训。
Party A should assist Party B in the training of management personnel, professional technical staff and transfer personnel.
5、为培养符合乙方需要的人才，乙方可推荐符合双师型要求的技术人员、管理人员参与甲方的理论教学、实训指导、教材编写等教育教学活动，甲方应给予协助。
In order to nurture trainees that are desired by Party B, Party B is authorized to recommend suitable technical personnel or management personnel to attend the theory lessons, internship coaching ssions, activities for preparing training materials and educational cours organized by Party A, and Party A should render the necessary assistance and support.
㈡ 乙方责任和义务
Party B’s Roles & Responsibilities
1、根据甲方的培养能力及本单位产业发展情况、生产经营规模和预期投资领域、再扩建项目等情况，与甲方共同商讨确定校企合作培养的对象、人数和方式。向甲方提供企业人力资源结构状况，职业岗位特征描述，各职业岗位要求的知识水平和技能等级，协助甲方共同制定教学计划和课程教学大纲。
Bad on Party A’s training capabilities and Party B’s state of business expansion, production management scale, expected investment scopes, expansion plans and other situations, Party B should discuss and come to a connsus with Party A on the type of students to be involved in this programme, the exact number of students and the manner of involvement.
