The FM LOGISTIC Group is a major player on the international scene, prent in over 12 countries and with almost 14,000 employees, who origins and skills are as many as they are varied.

As a result, our growth and long-term success cannot be envisaged without sharing a
common heritage of values and a corporate culture that must inspire and guide the action of
all the men and women in the Group on a daily basis.

This is one of the esntial foundations of the success of an integrated Company like
ours and the reason for this Ethics Charter.

Four main Values, among tho that make up the Corporate Culture and our
Management Principles, form the basis of our ethical commitment:

and external credibility of our actions.

For the ethical values to have any meaning, they must take the form of a certain
number of principles for action that apply to our sphere of activity: respect for Human Rights,
a permanent concern for safety and the protection of the environment, each person's respect
for tho he is contact with; integrity towards the company in our business relations, noninterference in political life, not forgetting a necessary solidarity, whether it is expresd
internally or towards the communities and companies associated with our activities.
为使这份职业道德准则更具深意,必须遵守与我们业务领域相适用的一系列准
则:尊重人权、长期的安全保障和环境保护、相互尊重、商务活动中对公司诚信、不
涉及政治、坚持团结,并将其充分传递给内部员工及与我们业务相关的公司和社会各
界。
The dismination of the ethical values and respect for the principles arising out of
them are naturally a matter for the Management of all the entities of the Company.

The Ethics Committee, independent, is at your disposal for any questions relating to the application of this Charter, in particular to help you take nsitive decisions in the exercising of your duties.

It is on the fundamentals that we can ba our ambition for healthy, lasting growth and satisfy in a fair way the five stakeholders in the company: clients, employees, shareholders, partners and the community.

We know that we can count on each and every one of you to correctly apply, on a daily basis, our Ethical Charter, which applies to Everyone, whatever their hierarchical position in the Company.

This Charter is a Company directive and its violation may lead to disciplinary action, including the termination of the contract of employment and dismissal.

The company is a jewel that each employee has a duty to protect and help to grow.

The harmonious development of FM Logistic is largely bad on trust and transparency,
which must exist not only in relations between the Company and its employees, but also
between the employees themlves.

The existence and maintenance of that trust suppos that, at every level, some rules of
behaviour be respected in sometimes complex situations in a risky activity.

It is not a matter of foreeing every eventuality or codifying everything. However, a few
clear, preci principles, combined with Employees' common n, constitute uful
references for everyone in the Company, whatever his or her activity.

1: Ethics Committee:道德委员会
In order to guarantee coherence with the Ethics Charter for all the Company's employees,
Ethics Committee has been t up. It deals with and advis on ethical issues within the
Company, it listens to all the employees and managers. For this purpo, appropriate
communications channels have been t up.
为了保证道德规范的认真执行,特设立道德委员会。它组建于公司内部,会听取
并解答所有员工和管理人员对道德准则范畴内的问题或意见。为此,已开通了相应的
沟通渠道。
2: Health – Safety – Environment:健康-安全-环境
Each employee is responsible for ensuring that the activities or FM LOGISTIC
partnerships1 that depend on him/her, as regards health, safety and the environment, are
exercid in accordance with the agreements, local and international regulations2 and the rules
existing in the Company.
每个员工有责任确保企业或合作伙伴1 的活动,在健康、安全和环境等方面,严格
遵循协议、各国当地和国际惯例,以及公司现有的规定。
FM LOGISTIC expects of its partner and suppliers that they undertake to comply with
the agreements, regulations and rules.
弗玛物流期望所有的合作伙伴和供应商承诺遵守这些协议、法规和规章。

Thus, the personal u, sale or posssion of alcoholic beverages or drugs is strictly forbidden inside FM Logistics’ premis. However, under the responsibility of the Site Manager and in accordance with local rules of conduct, on special occasions drinks may be organid to celebrate a birth, retirement, etc…Similarly, it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside FM Logistic sites (warehous, offices, outdoor areas, …) except in the places specially t aside to this effect.
因此,在企业内部严格禁止饮用或销售酒精饮料,吸食或者藏有毒品。然而,经
相关负责人(操作点总监或以上)允许,并遵循当地的法律规定,在某些特殊场合可以允许饮用一些酒精饮品(如举办庆生,退休庆祝会等...)。同样,严禁在吸烟区以外的弗玛物流的工作场地吸烟(仓库,办公室,室外区域,...)。
3 : Relations between employees: 员工之间关系
3.1: Discrimination:歧视
Each employee must show loyalty, take pains to be on good terms with his/her
colleagues and refrain from any discrimination or comments relating to ethnic origin, x, nationality, religion, age, physical or mental condition, xual orientation or family situation…All forms of forced working, threats, acts of violence or physical intimidation are strictly forbidden.
每个员工必须正直和光明磊落,尽力与每位同事保持良好的关系,禁止任何有关
种族、性别、国籍、宗教、年龄、身体或精神状况、性取向或家庭状况的歧视和评
论;所有强制劳动、暴力行为、任何形式的威胁恐吓,都是被严格禁止的。
FM Logistic undertakes to protect the personal information of its employees, in all countries.
弗玛物流承诺在所有国家都对雇员的个人资料保密。
3.2: Bullying and xual harassment: 精神骚扰和性骚扰
Bully3 and xual harassment4 are unacceptable, whether verbal, physical or visual, and
this includes, but is not limited to disagreeable remarks bad on ethnic characteristics, religious beliefs or xual orientation. FM Logistic encourages all employees to report any situation of this nature.
精神骚扰3 和性骚扰4 是不可接受的,不论其以口头、身体或视觉等形式,这包括

3 . Bullying harassment: the exposing of an employee to humiliating or embarrassing situations by a person in a higher hierarchical position.精神骚扰:指某员工恶意让其下级或下属处于一种及其尴尬的或耻辱的境地
4 . Sexual harassment: annoying or shocking remarks concerning x, physical contact, etc. in order to obtain advantages or xual favours, by a hierarchical superior or person in a position of power.性骚扰:来自上级或权力部门的任何形式的让人反感的身体接触、性接触要求或以性交易获益。
