1气密目的 Purpo
气密性试验主要是检验管线的各联接部位是否有泄漏现象。哈法亚项目介质为天然气,设计上不允许有微量泄漏,管线必须进行气密性试验以保障满足生产与安全需要。
This test is ud for testing if there is any leakage on all the connections of pipelines. The medium of this unit is natural gas and no leakage is allowed. Gas tightness test should be carried out to ensure a safe operation.
2 气密范围 Scope
仅适用于哈法亚高压压缩机撬内所有工艺气管线,包括压力容器和阀门等
This test procedure is only limited Halfaya HP compressor package process gas pipelines, including all the pressure vesls and valves.
3 气密应具备的条件 Conditions
3.1 机组组装完成,检查确认各连接件、阀门、盲板等位置安放正确,符合设计及使用要求。
After the installation is finished, check the positions of all the connections, valves and blind plates, and make sure all the specifications are satisfied.
3.2 试验用的发泡剂已准备齐全,如肥皂水、中性洗涤剂水和喷壶、毛刷等。
Prepare all the foaming agents, such as soap solution, neutral detergent, water, watering can, and brushes, etc.
3.3关闭进口手动球阀BV13201,出口阀BV13236,排污手动球阀BV13240/13242,打开旁通阀PV13211,放空管线出口加盲板。
Clo the inlet and outlet manual ball valve BV13201and BV13236, clo the drain line manual ball valve BV13240/13242, open the bypass ball valvePV13211, put a blind flange on the vent line.
3.4 拆卸一级进口压力表,空气从此处注入.详细流程见附图
Disasmble 1st stage suction pressure gauge PG13211, then inject the gas。The procedure es the attachment diagram.
4 气密的方法 Method
4.1气体泄漏性试验应符合下列规定
This test should be carried out according to the following specifications:
4.1.1试验介质宜采用干燥洁净的空气,氮气或其他惰性气体,一般优先选用氮气,考虑现场条件,使用干燥洁净的空气进行气密性试验;
Clean and dry air, nitrogen or other inertia gas shall be adopted as testing medium. Usually, nitrogen is considered as privilege. Considering the conditions on site, air will be ud for this test.
4.1.2泄漏性试验的检查重点应是容器之间连接处、容器与压缩机气缸连接处、阀门填料函
、法兰或螺纹连接处、放空阀、排污阀、排水阀等;
The leakage test should focus on all the connections between the pressure vesls, all the connections between the pressure vesls and cylinders, packing boxes and flanges or thread connections, blow off valves, drain valves, and draw valves etc.
4.2管道气密性试验压力为其设计压力,考虑现场条件,取1.0MPa。
The testing pressure should be equal with its design pressure. Considering the condition on site, it should be 1.0MPa.
4.3应先缓慢升压至规定试验压力的10%,保压5~10分钟,并对所有焊缝和连接部位进行初次检查,如无泄漏可继续升压到规定试验压力的50%。
The testing pressure should be incread to 10% slowly and maintained for 5~10 min, and then the first inspection should be carried out. If there is no leakage, increa the testing pressure to 50%.
4.4如无异常现象,其后缓慢升压,直到试验压力,保压30分钟,进行检查,检查期间压力应保持不变。
If there is no abnormal phenomena, increa the pressure slowly to testing pressure and maintain for 30min. Check if the pressure remain steady during this process.
4.5 观察各级工艺气管路上配备的就地压力表,如二级管路内无压力显示,应进行手动盘车,使试验气体进入二级管路,进行气密试验。
Pay attention to the pressure gauges on the process gas pipelines of all stages. If there is no pressure displayed in 2nd stage pipeline, then manual barring should be carried out to let the testing gas into 2nd stage pipelines to complete the gas tightness test.
4.6试验气体应缓慢注入试验系统,以免造成供气系统降压过大。
Testing gas should injected into the testing system slowly so that there won’t be a great pressure drop in the gas supplying system.
4.7当气压达到试验压力时,用发泡剂对法兰连接处及阀门密封件进行喷涂。试漏过程中,若有法兰及阀门泄漏,可对漏点进行紧固,紧固后重新喷涂发泡剂,法兰及阀门密封连接处无气泡产生为合格。
Once the pressure reaches the testing pressure, spread the foaming agent on the flange connections and valve aling elements. If there is any leakages in this process, repair the leaking points and fix them. Then spread the foaming agents again and no leakages happen again is considered as qualified.
4.8泄漏性试验合格后,须及时拆除各种试验用的连接件,包括各类盲板等,使设备、管道保持在使用前的正常状态。
After the test, which has been proved as qualified, disasmble all the connecting pieces immediately, including all the blind plates, make sure all the equipments and pipelines are in the same situation as before.
5 气密的检查验收标准 Acceptance standard
气体泄漏性试验的试验压力应逐级缓慢上升,当达到试验压力时,停压10min后,用涂刷中性发泡剂的方法,巡回检查所有所有焊缝和连接部位,以无泄漏为合格。如有泄漏,紧固修补后重新进行气密性试验。
The pressure for this test should increa slowly. Once it reaches to the testing pressure, stop for 10 min, and inspect all the welds and connections for veral times by spreading the neutral forming agents. No leakage is considered as qualified. If there is any leakage, repairing work should be done and gas tightness test should be carried out again.
6 安全注意事项 Cautions
6.1不得采用连续加压来维持试验压力不变。
Continuous pressure is not allowed to remain the testing pressure.
