RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made on [DATE] between [LANDLORD NAME], (hereinafter referred to as "Landlord"), and [TENANT NAME] (hereinafter referred to as "Tenant").
PROPERTY DETAILS
The Landlord agrees to rent the following property (the “Property”) to the Tenant:

TERM
The term of this Agreement shall be for [LEASE TERM] starting on [LEASE START DATE] and ending on [LEASE END DATE]. The Tenant agrees to vacate the Property upon expiration of this Agreement unless otherwi agreed in writing.
RENT
The Tenant shall pay the Landlord rent of [RENT AMOUNT] per month, payable on the [DAY] of each month. The Tenant shall also pay a curity deposit of [DEPOSIT AMOUNT], which will be refunded at the end of the lea term, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
UTILITIES
The Tenant shall be responsible for all utilities, including gas, electricity, water, internet, and cable TV.
USE OF THE PROPERTY
The Tenant shall u the Property for residential purpos only and shall not engage in any illegal activities on the Property. The Tenant shall not make any alterations to the Property without the Landlord's written connt.
OCCUPANTS
The Tenant shall allow no more than [NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS] people to occupy the Property at any time without the Landlord's written connt. The Tenant shall not allow any pets on the Property without the Landlord's written connt.
MAINTENANCE
The Tenant shall keep the Property in good condition and shall notify the Landlord of any necessary repairs or maintenance. The Tenant shall be responsible for any damage to the Property caud by the Tenant or their guests.
TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon [NOTICE PERIOD] days written notice to the other party. If the Tenant vacates the Property before the expiration of the lea term, the Tenant shall remain responsible for rent until the end of the lea term or until a new Tenant is found, whichever occurs first.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [STATE]. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [CITY], [STATE].
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and superdes all prior negotiations and understandings, whether written or oral. This Agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties.
