2010年7月16日,中国将启动全国侍酒师大赛,通过这个国际平台,必将会提升当地葡萄酒专业人士的品酒水平及鉴别能力。本次比赛将遵循国际侍酒师协会(ASI )规则、章程下之相关条例,并邀请国内外专家作为评审。获胜者将有机会参加10月份在香港举办的2010年香港国际美酒展(Wine  & Dine )活动之第一届大中华区侍酒师大赛。届时,所有获胜者将有机会在2013年4
月由国际侍酒师协会(ASI )在日本举办的国际最佳侍酒师大赛上代表其国
家参赛。
本次比赛将引起中国葡萄酒专家的重视,为他们赢得更高声誉,同时也将为
当地行业提供借鉴。它的举办有一定现实背景:随着中国餐饮业品质标准日
益提高,精明的消费者们有了更多的口味选择——厨师们在这其中扮演着举
足轻重的角色,相比而言,葡萄酒专家却在很大程度上被人们所忽略了。
本次大赛旨在吸引来自北京、广州、上海等不同城市的参赛者融入到比赛
中,以促进这些地区的葡萄酒教育为目的,一切都将因这一目标而发生改
变。主办单位希望此次比赛不仅能够吸引更多的侍酒师,还能吸引调酒师及
其他业内相关人士,以及想要确认或提升其员工专业技能的葡萄酒业雇主。
2010年中国侍酒师大赛由SOPEXA 、香港侍酒师协会(Hong  Kong  Sommelier  Association )与法国食品、农业和渔业部(MINISTERE DE L’ALIMENTATION, DE L’A-GRICULTURE ET DE LA PECHE )共同组织。

会旨在通过信息丰富的葡萄酒课程、品酒教程、酿酒师间的互访及品酒、有教育意义的葡萄酒之旅以及社交聚会等活动与会员共同分享葡萄酒及烈酒的相关信息。

- 盲品两种酒(两种酒均为法国葡萄酒)

Qualifying Round 1st China Best Sommelier Competition

Entry Form
On 16h July 2009, China will e the launch of the China National Sommelier Competition  that will no doubt rai the standards and recognition of local wine professionals via an international platform. This event will be judged by international and local experts, bad on regulations governed by the rules and constitutions of the Association of Sommelier International (ASI). The winner will participate in the 1st Greater China Sommelier Competition, held in Hong Kong at the prominent Wine & Dine (2010) Event, which would be held later, in October. Winners will also reprent their country in the International Best
Sommelier Competition organized by Association Sommelier International (ASI)
that would be organized in Japan in April 2013.
This competition will bring awareness and prestige to wine professionals in China
and also provide a benchmark for the local industry. This comes at a timely period
as China’s rising food and beverage standards has been creating more discerning
taste buds from savvy consumers – and whilst chefs have been getting the main
limelight, the wine professionals are being largely neglected.
With the coming of the Sommelier Competition, which hopes to draw participants
from various cities to the competitions in Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai,
things are t to change in line with the objective of advancing the wine education
here. Organizers hope to attract not only sommeliers, but also bartenders and oth-
ers working with wine and beverages, and employers that want to affirm or im-
prove their staffs’ experti.

ings, winemaker visits and tastings, educational wine tours as well as social gatherings
Since 1997, the Association started to arrange our own sommelier competition. It helps to promote sommelier profession in town and upgrade the skills of sommeliers. Every three years, we lect the best sommelier out of our three-year champions and nominate the winner to join the ASI International Somme-
lier Competition, and we also prepare candidate for the new Asia-Oceania Sommelier Competition.
