A t of lf-aligned welding rotator including one power rotator, one idle rotator and electric control. after load on the tanks, the rollers will auto open suit the tanks diameter, no need to adjust the the wheels center distance. It is mainly ud to cooperate with the submerged arc automatic welding machine for longitudinal and circumferential am welding.

3、 Mechanical part
The structural components of the rotator has carried with annealing treatment, then reprocessing after welding, which can ensure the long-term usage and rvice time. The machine ba of rotator has sufficient strength rigidity. The roller frame has a certain overload ability.
The gear reducer has sufficient strength and machining accuracy, The welding rotator can rotate smoothly, uniformly, without sliding, shaking and mechanical shock within the rated operating speed range.

Each low voltage electrical component of electric control system adopts domestic and international well-known manufacturers’ products. The rotation of roller adopts AC speed control, the AC Frequency converter is Schneider brand. All of the wires and cables of control system adopts copper wire cables.
The operation of the whole machine is concentrated on a manual operation box, which has equipped with emergency stop button. The electrical parts of the operation box are marked with English marks or images.The manual operate box
There’s screen for display of rotation linear speed, The rotator have Forward, Rever and Stop functions,power supply, emergency stop, failure alarm indicator, ret etc. As w
ell as the direction of rotation lecting switch, rotating speed control knob, and knob or button for start.
