三、 Equipment/Material Required/设备和材料要求
1. Clothes dryer with heater disconnected (rotation speed of 55 ± 10 rpm)
干衣机加热器断开连接(旋转速度55±10rpm)
2. Zippered bags – approx. 12” x 6” leather bags (mobile phones);

The bags ud for large table devices must be simple in construction (2 pockets maximum) and not significantly padded.

四、 Procedure/流程
1. Apply a thin layer (~0.2 mg of grea per cm2 of housing) of conditioning grea to the exterior components of the unit.
涂抹薄薄的调理油脂层（〜0.2毫克每CM2油脂）於產品的外部组件。
2. Environmental Conditioning
恒温恒湿环境调节
A. For typical mobile phone units - Expo 3 units to 65° C / 90% relative humidity for 3 hours and 3 units to
65° C / 90% relative humidity for 24 hours.
将样品放进恒温恒湿机里面，条件设置为65℃/90％.分别为3个样品为3小时，和3个样品为24小时。
B. For large tablet devices – Expo 3 units to 65° C / 90% relative humidity for 24hours
对于大型平板设备 - 暴露3个单位至65°C/90％相对湿度24小时
Note: For mass production, the test may be conducted on all units under the 24 hour Condition

3. After exposure, clean each unit with a paper towel and a latex glove to remove the conditioning grea. Ensure all traces of residue from the conditioning grea have been removed as remaining grea can adverly alter test results.

4. Allow the units to cool to room temperature before proceeding to the tumble process.

5. Place one unit in each bag, and ensure samples are identified as 3 or 24 hour conditioning time.

6. Tumbling Process
暴跌的过程
For typical mobile phone units - Place 6 purs into the tumble unit and tumble for 45 minutes.

7. After tumbling, remove units from their respective bags and clean with IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol) and a clean cloth or paper towel to remove debris and scuff marks created during tumbling.

五、 Evaluation/评估
Each unit and/or component shall be evaluated for defects in the decorative surface such as substrate deformations, surface marring, scratches and chipping (anodized parts) as well as blistering, cracking, and microcracking (other decorative surfaces). The performance of each unit and/or component shall be rated as follows:
