⼀、Effective resolution: 有效分辨率

Effective resolution = Log2(VIN / Vrms-noi)

VIN:输⼊范围,与ADC的PGA设置有关。例如⼀个24位ADC,PGA=128,2.5V基准电压。 那么VIN = ±Vref/PGA=(±2.5V/128) = 39.06mV
formulated如果PGA=1,则VIN = 5V
Vrms-noi:rms噪声

Noi-free resolution = Log2(VIN / Vp-p-noi) = Log2(VIN / 6.6* Vrms-noi) = Effective resolution - 2.7
