SPECT脑血流断层显像定量测定rCBF的方法与意义

材料与方法:1,研究对象:正常人16俪,分为两个年龄箴。第一组成年人10例,其中男性6例,女性4例,年龄22~32岁(平均24.4岁);第二组青少年6例,其中男性3例,女性3例,年龄5~16岁(平均9.2岁)。疾病患者包括两类,第一类为早期梅毒患者15例,男性5例,女性10例,年龄19~36岁(平均’25。4岁)。其中I期梅毒患卷4例,II期梅海患者ll例。上述15例研究对象均排除心功能不全、联椎痰、毫巍压、系统蛙红褒狼疮、悫管癯、申照、痴暴、癫瘸、短暂缓貉缺盘发{乍簿影稿虢盘滚量豹瘸史。第二粪为d,JLY嚷瘸患者18铡,勇襁6饼,女髋12铡,年龄5~15岁(平均9.6萝),其中4镯患者有可聚出生窒惠史(人工弓f产分娩),2倒有头颅外伤史,其余惠jL玛辑}除心动能不全、颈椎病、高血压、系统性红斑狼瘾、戚管瘤、中风、痴呆、短暂佼脑缺血发作等彩响脑血流量的瘸史。2,显像仪器及显像剂;美国PICKER公司AXIS型双探头SPECT仪,配低能高分辩平行孔准直器。同位索活度仪系美国CAPINTEC公司CRC.12R型芳型擐测器j显像剂为”“Tc-ECD,其中标记化合物双半胱乙酪(ECD)为江苏省原子噻学璎究所生产。裂变99Mop9mTc发生器圭中国娠子能科学碜}究院提供,出专人按照产品说鹗书标记,敖射纯学纯度95%戳上。3,显豫方法:(i),数据采集:受试者日服避氯酸钾成入400mg,,』、,L200mg。半小时后平躺于稔查床上,闭眼,避免声光刺激10分钟,头顶位于探头边缘内侧,面向探头。常规右手肘静脉弹丸注射”“Tc-ECD,每次1110MBq(30mCi),注射体积小予lml。注射后即刻动态采集,采集条件为1“帧,连续60帧,矩阵128×128,放大倍数1。10分钟后杼脑部断
