摘要：PURPOSE:To discharge surely a toxic gas to outdoor by a method wherein a plurality of air plenums are arranged so as to discharge a gas in different directions respectively in a room where ventilation work is put into operation. CONSTITUTION:In a processing chamber 2, the first, cond, third and fourth plenum, 21, 22, 23, 24, are arranged respectively at an upper and lower positions of the front and rear sides of the chamber, through which air from outdoor may blow off into the respective directions. Further, four pieces of plenum-ducts 25 are arranged at the upper and lower positions of the front and rear sides of the chamber 2 respectively, and they are almostly maintained a level in a left and right directions, as to the plenum-duct 25, there are a large number of blow-off holes 26 with a diameter of veral mm in a pitch of veral times of the diameter are openly arranged with an equal space on their surfaces. Also, the plenum-duct 25 is constituted so as to connect with an outlet of a blower through a pipe, therefore, by connecting suction side of this blower with a suction port pipe leading to the open-air, a fresh air from outdoor is feeded to the plenum-duct 25.
