摘要：PURPOSE:To make the capacity of an input gate small equivalently, to reduce the input/output voltage amplitude, and to obtain a CMOS inverter of small current consumption by connecting two first conductive type MOS transistors and two cond conductive type MOS transistors by a specific method. CONSTITUTION:The drain, gate and source of the first P-ch Tr1 are connected respectively to a contact N1, GND and Vcc, and the drain, gate and source of the cond P-ch Tr2 are connected respectively to output, input and the contact N1. The drain, gate and source of the first N-ch Tr3 are connected respectively to the output, input and the contact N2, and the drain, gate and source of the cond N-ch Tr4 are connected respectively to the contact N2, Vcc and GND. In this ca, as the gate length of the first P-ch transistor 1 and the cond N-ch transistor 4 is made long, DC current is small. Further, the input gate capacity is only the gate capacity of the cond P-ch Tr2 and the first N-ch Tr3, and the gate length of the transistors is short. Accordingly, charge and discharge currents for gate capacity are small.
