曲普瑞林控释剂联合鸦胆子油乳注射液治疗
中晚期前列腺癌的临床研究

【摘要】目的：探讨曲普瑞林控释剂联合鸦胆子油乳注射液治疗中晚期前列腺癌的安全性和有效性。方法：将符合标准的94例中晚期前列腺癌患者随机分成三组，对照组分别仅予以曲普瑞林控释剂和鸦胆子油乳注射液治疗，观察
期6个月。观察治疗前后血清前列腺特异性抗原（PSA ）、血清睾酮水平、
kanofsky 评分改善情况。严密观察和记录治疗过程中的不良事件，进行安全性评价。结果：治疗前三组血清前列腺特异性抗原和睾酮水平无显著性差异（P ＞0.05），经过药物治疗后两者均较治疗前显著下降（P ＜0.05），且观察组较对照组明显降低（P ＜0.05）；治疗前三组KPS 评分无显
著性差异（P ＞0.05），
经过药物治疗后KPS 评分均较治疗前显著上升（P ＜0.05），且观察组较对照组明显上升（P ＜0.05）；观察组生活质量改善率明显高于对照组（P ＜0.05），而不良反应发生率与对照组相当（P ＞0.05）。结论：鸦胆子油乳注射液联合曲普瑞林控释剂治疗中晚期前列腺癌较单纯药物治疗疗效好，安全性相当。

【Abstract 】Objectives ：To study the efficacy and safety of the combination of triptorelin and bruceolic oil emulsion treat-ment on advanced prostate cancer．Methods ：A total of 94cas with advanced prostate cancer were randomly divided into three groups ；the obrvation group were treated by triptorelin and bruceolic oil emulsion ；the two control groups were respectively trea-ted by triptorelin and bruceolic oil emulsion．Before and after the treatment ，the level of rum prostate specific antigen and rum testosterone and the change of KPS score were measured．The occurrences of adver reactions were evaluated as well．Results ：The level of rum prostate specific antigen and testosterone were both significantly decread after the treatment （P ＜0．05），and the decrea extent in the obrvation group was significantly greater than that of the control group （P ＜0．05）；the K P S scores significantly incread after the treatment （P ＜0．05），and the increa extent in the obrvation group was greater than that of the control group （P ＜0．05）；the life quality of the obrvation group was significantly improved than that of the control group （P ＜0．05），and the incidence of adver reactions were equivalent to the control groups （P ＞0．05）．Conclusion ：The combination of triptorelin and bruceolic oil emulsion has better efficacy and similar safety effects on the treatment of advanced prostate cancer as compared to the single triptorelin or bruceolic oil emulsion treatment．
