眉毛面相外源性补充胰岛素生长因子对氧诱导
早产儿视网膜病的干预效果

【摘要】目的 观察外源性补充重组人胰岛素样生长因子-1 (human recombinant insulin-like growth
factor-1,rhIGF-1)对氧诱导早产儿视网膜病变(retinopathy of prematurity, ROP)的防治效果。方法 把
生后 7 d的新生昆明小鼠随机分成3组:高氧rhIGF-1组、空气对照组和高氧盐水组,每组16只。空气

氧箱中饲养,12 d后出箱,高氧rhIGF-1组分别于P7、P8下午同一个时间点分别注射rhIGF-1一次,每
次0.5 mg/kg;而高氧盐水组与空气对照组分别注射相同剂量生理盐水,于P19、P24各处死8只小鼠摘
取眼球,ADP酶染色、视网膜铺片进行观察视网膜上血管的发育情况,并行HE染色,观察突破入视网
上海十大古镇排名膜内界膜的血管内皮细胞核计数。每天测量各组小鼠体重增长情况。统计学方法采用t检验、 ANOV A
分析、LSD多重比较。结果 比较各组体重增长的情况,空气对照组的体重高于高氧rhIGF-1组和高
氧盐水组, 差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,t值分别为3.572,7.553),提示高氧对小鼠体重增长有抑制作
用;P19高氧rhIGF-1组小鼠体重增长速度高于高氧盐水组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05, t=3.980)。显示
妖刀定式rhIGF-1干预下,能促进高氧环境中小鼠的体重增长。将高氧rhIGF-1组与高氧盐水组比较:突破视网膜
内界膜的血管内皮细胞核数明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);视网膜血管在P19走行较自然,周边
局外人图片血管闭塞不明显,周边血管覆盖率高,P24未见明显新生血管生成。结论 本研究结果显示外源性补充
rhIGF-1能有效促进小鼠体重的增加,可能减轻高氧对视网膜的损伤,有望成为ROP防治的新手段。

insulin-like growth factor-1 (rhIGF-1) in oxygen-induced retinopathy neonatal mice model. Methods
Kunming mice at 7 days after birth were randomly divided into 3 groups: hyperoxia rhIGF-1 group, air
control group, and hyperoxia saline group, with 16 mice in each group. Mice in the air control group were
assd to room air. Mice at 7 days after birth in the hyperoxia saline groups and hyperoxia rhIGF-1孙悟空英文
group were assd to expo to 55%-65 % oxygen for 12 days . At postnatal day 7 and 8,mice in the
hyperoxia rhIGF-1 group received 0.5 mg/kg of rhIGF-1. While air control group and hyperoxia saline group
received the same do of normal saline. At day 19 and 24, 8 mice were put to death, who eyeballs were
