顺铂热灌注联合重组人血管内皮抑制素对恶性胸腔积液
治疗的效果观察

摘要：目的 对顺铂热灌注联合重组人血管内皮抑制素(恩度)对恶性胸腔积液治疗的效果进行观察探讨。方法回顾选取2016年2月至2019年7月济宁医学院附属金乡医院治疗的90例肺癌晚期恶性胸腔积液患者，遵循治疗方式分为试验组和对照组，试验组、对照组均45例，两组均行胸腔穿刺引流胸腔积液。对照组给予胸腔循环热灌注 (循环液中加入顺铂10mg/m2)，1h后胸腔内注入利多卡因5ml 、地塞米松5mg、生理盐水10ml、顺铂 30mg/m2，试验组同时胸腔内注入重组人血管内皮抑制素 15mg/m2。每组治疗2次/周，共治疗2周。在治疗后观察两组患者胸腔积液的疗效，记录两组患者在治疗中的不良反应。并且行统计分析。结果 两组患者的治疗方式均产生一定的不良反应，但不良反应的发生率差异无统计学助教的工作内容
快乐心情意义 (P＞0.05 )；试验组完全缓解（complete respon, CR）、部分缓解(partial respon, PR)、缓解率(respon rate, RR)均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义 (P＜0.05 )。结论 在临床工作中，顺铂热灌注联合重组人血管内皮抑制素对恶性胸腔积液治疗的效果明显，有益于恶性胸腔积液的治疗。

拾忆>闲居初夏午睡起其一9, 90 patients with advanced malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer who were treated in Jinxiang Hospital Affi liated to Jining Medical College were divided into experimental group and control group according to the treatment mode. 45 patients in experimental group and control group were treated with pleural puncture and drainage. The control group was given intrapleural thermal perfusion (cisplatin 10mg / m2 was added into the circulating fl uid), and one hour later, lidocaine 5ml, dexamethasone 5mg, normal saline 10ml, cisplatin 30mg/m2 were injected into the thoracic cavity, while the experimental group was given intrapleural injection of endorphin 15mg/m2.
