        摘要 目的:研究川芎挥发油对抑郁模型大鼠行为学及脑内多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素的影响。方法:将72SD雄性大鼠随机分为空白组、模型組、阳性药组、川芎挥发油低、中、高剂量组,通过应激实验建立大鼠CUMS抑郁模型,对其进行相关治疗后,考察行为学变化,同时采用LC-MS/MS检测脑组织中DANE含量。结果:与模型组比较,各剂量川芎挥发油组均能不同程度改善CUMS抑郁模型大鼠旷场实验水平得分和糖水偏爱百分比,减少强迫游泳静止不动时间和增加大鼠体质量;川芎挥发油中剂量组可极显著提高CUMS抑郁
