Article IV.陶然亭 Party B agrees to undertake the position of Deputy General Manager according to Party A’s work demands.

IV. Working Hours and Vacations
Article VII. Party B will work under the 8-hour working system of Party A.
Where the standard working hour system is applied, the working hours of Party B shall not exceed 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week, and Party B shall enjoy 2 days off every week; where the combined working hour system or flexible working hour system is applied, Party A shall obtain corresponding administrative permit from competent labor administration department in advance.

V. Labor Remuneration
Article IX. Party B earns a monthly salary of RMB 5,000 which shall be paid by Party A in currency before the 15th day of every month.

Article X. In the event that Party A has no enough workload thus keeping Party B waiting for work tasks, Party A shall compensate Party B for monthly living expens of RMB 5,000.00 by the means of reimburment.
VI. Social Insurance and Other Welfare Treatment
Article XI. Party A and Party B shall participate in social insurance in conformity with applicable regulations of the state and Beijing. Party A shall complete relevant social insurance procedures for Party B and accordingly undertake responsibility of social insurance affairs.
