私密日记南京210029）［摘要］目的：了解脑卒中患者康复住院费用构成及主要影响因素，为合理控制脑卒中患者康复住院费用提供参考。方法：收集江苏省某医院2015年1月—2019年5月出院的脑卒中康复住院病例1813例，采用描述性分析、非参数检验和多元线性回归分析探究脑卒中康复患者住院费用及影响因素。结果：脑卒中患者康复住院费用为（14356.82±8732.83）元，占比最高是治疗费（61.45%），其次为西药费（16.47%）、床位费（9.15%）。回归分析显示住院天数、入院时ADL 分值、有无糖尿病、有无肺部感染、支付方式是住院费用的影响因素，差异有统计学意义（P <0.01）。结论：脑卒中患者康复住院费用中，治疗费占比最高，不同卒中类型住院费用无差别，缩短住院时间、控制血糖水平，防治肺部感染、改善患者入院时功能状况、完善医保支付方式是控制脑卒中患者康复住院费用的有效途径。
