健康宣教对精神科患者返院率的影响

摘要目的：探讨健康宣教工作对精神科患者入院治疗康复出院后返院率的影响。方法：选择2009年入院并于当年康复出院、住院期间接受系统健康宣教工作的患者79例，作为健康宣教干预组，进行连续笑话简短3年随访记录其复发返院情况；另外选择2006年入院并于当年康复出院、住院期间未接受过系统健康宣教工作的患者87例，作为对照组，比较对照组与干预组经3年随访复发返院情况。结果：经3年随访，干预组第1～3年的返院率分别为7.59%、24.05%、43.04%；对照组第1～3年的返院率分别为28.74%木头人不许动、48.28%、66.67%。干预组与对照组对应随访年限内返院率比较的χ2检验结果分别为12.28、10.46、9.30（虫可P
