摘要：PURPOSE:To prevent the maliciousness of the 3rd party, such as panic phenomenon, by forming a specific emergency information code difficult of interpretation between a transmitter and a receiver, in brodcasting emergency informatin such as earthquake forecast information. CONSTITUTION:A timer 11 drives a readout circuit 12 every scheduled time and it reads out a memory 13 storing a spare signal every driving and advances a readout address. Products Ci which are products between various numbers Bi and Ai are stored in each address of the memory 13 and the products Ci constitute the spare signal. An emergency signal being the numbers Ai corresponding to the spare signal Ci is stored in each address of the memory 13. In broadcasting the emergency signal, the emergency signal Ai of a fubber register 15 and a start signal in a start signal register 17 are stored in a shift register 14 with the output of an emergency signal instructor 22, and stored start signal and emergency signal are broadcast via a modulator 18 and a transmitter 19. The brodcast wave is received at a receiver 23 and FS-modulated at a demodulator 24.
