[摘要]目的比较骨髓富集骨移植材料和同种异体骨作为骨移植材料用于青少年特发性脊柱侧弯(AIS)矫治中 的临床疗效。方法自2014年7月至2016年9月,前瞻性选取31例青少年特发性脊柱侧弯Lenke I 患者,按 随机数表法将患者随机分为对照组(14例)与观察组(17例),其中对照组釆用同种异体骨作为植骨融合材料, 观察组采用骨髓富集骨移植材料作为植骨融合材料。术后随访24个月,对两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、 住院时间、主弯矫正率、矫正丢失、融合率、VAS 评分、ODI 评分、SRS-30评分、
并发症发生情况进行比较。 结果两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、矫正率、矫正丢失比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)o 所有患者末 次随访时VAS 评分、ODI 评分、SRS ・30评分均优于术前,但两组间术前与末次随访差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)o 术后6个月观察组融合率高于对照组,末次随访时观察组脊柱融合Lenke 分级情况略优于对照组。观察组出现 术后伤口愈合不良1例,无其他并发症。结论骨髓富集骨移植材料是一种安全、有效、易构建的植骨材料,用 于脊柱融合可获得优于同种异体骨的融合效果。夏威夷果吃多了会怎么样

[Abstract ] Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of bone marrow enrichment bone graft material and allogeneic bone as bone graft materials in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (

Methods From July 2014 to September 2016, thirty-one patients with Lenke I-III type AIS were prospectively lected and randomly divided into control group (14 cas) and obrvation group (17 cas). Allogeneic bone was ud in control group as bone graft fusion material, and the bone marrow enrichment bone graft material was ud in obrvation group as bone graft fusion material. All patients were followed up for 24 months, and the perioperative parameters, imaging findings, clinical scores, and complications were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, correction rate, and correction loss between the two groups (Z^>0.05). The VAS score, ODI score and SRS-30 score of a ll patients were superior to preoperative at the last follow-up, but there was no significant dif ference between the two groups before and after surgery. The fusion rate in the obrvation group was higher than that in the control group at 3 months and 6 months after operation. At the last follow-up, the Lenke classification of t he spinal fusion in the obrvation group was slightly better than that of the control group. There was one ca of poor wound healing in the obrvation group, and no other complications were obrved. Conclusion Bone marrow enrichment bone graft material is a safe, effective and easy to construct bone graft material, which can be ud for spinal fusion to achieve better fusion effect than allogeneic bone.
