  Step one : pre- reading
  In the last period , we talked ablut the different vehicles and something about Australia . You must guess what we will learn in the passage. Now plea look at the pictures and the title on page 23 .And try to pick out the answer.

学情分析:学生特点分析:高一入学不久的学生,有一定的基础却缺乏用英语表达的欲望,他们的英语基础知识和基本技能都是一般水平,对英语学习的兴趣不是很浓,因此调动学生的学习兴趣,并引导学生进行扎实有效的联系是课堂的关键。教学中我分别为不同层面的学生设计了学习任务,让他们都能享受到学习英语的乐趣。
效果分析
本节课基本完成了教学设想,达到了预期的目的。
1.学生在各个环节学习后,掌握了澳大利亚铁路的发展过程,理清了文章的脉络。
2.学生在课堂上积极性高,主动性强,课堂气氛活跃。
3.培养了学生积极展示自我的勇气和归纳总结的能力。
4.激发了学生对西方文华的求知欲,从而开拓学生的视野,提高学生的欣赏水平。
5.同时促进了英语学科和历史学科的渗透和融合。
6.在设计的语言学习任务中,促进了学生用英语思维和交流,完成了各项学习任务。
7.在布置任务时给学生留下了足够的时间,让他们在合作探究中相互学习,培养学生的自主学习和合作精神。
8.在阅读教学中,注重了对学生阅读技巧的培养和策略的指导,学生的阅读水平有所提高。
本单元阅读教学中,较为注重对学生阅读技巧和策略的指导,缺乏对他们思维能力的培养。
因此在以后的教学中应注重加强文化的导入并培养学生的跨文化意识。而且要提高学生的口语表达能力。
