’s Rearch Center
The Center

Since the Children's Rearch Center(CRC) opened in 1982, over 15,000 babies,
children, and parents from diver backgrounds have volunteered to participate in
our rearch. Within the CRC, there are eleven labs conducting rearch on child
development. Our rearch examines a broad range of topics, including the
development of language, parent-child relationships and cultural influences on
development. Rearch projects are supported primarily through federal assistance
and private donations.
In addition, the CRC provides training for approximately 150 college students樱桃吃多了
per year. Their clo work with the staff on specific rearch projects prepares

them to achieve advanced degrees and professional jobs working with children.
Participation
Children typically enjoy participating in our rearch and parents report the
experience to be interesting and informative. Many agree lo participate in more than
one study and often recommend the CRC to their friends or neighbors.
We are looking for voluntary participation of children from birth to 15 years
of age at prent. If you are interested in having your child participate in one

The Library
The Makes Library, named for a late professor of our center, lies on the first
