Abstract: With the development of information technology and its wide application in various fields, it has greatly facilitated our lives. In recent years, social media has become increasingly popular in promoting resources and deepening rvices in libraries. Under the background that the content value gradually ris in the core value of social media, libraries should also attach great importance to the content construction of social media. How to make effective u of social media and optimize its content construction in the library is an important problem to be solved urgently in the university. 1. Introduction

First of all, more abundant WeChat rvice content should be provided with scientific optimization of technical means. At this stage, the wireless network of colleges and universities has been basically covered. Students can log on to the WeChat public platform in real time to check relevant information, which can increa the frequency of their application of WeChat platform to a certain extent. In addition, administrator can u online interaction to enable students to communicate in this interaction, which helps librarians to better understand the needs and opinions of readers and take corresponding measures to optimize the problems existing in management. Indeed, the library capacity of colleges and universities is very limited. At the same time, the social media platform can increa the promotion of library-related activities, which can better arou students’ attention and discussion. Combining with the school-running philosophy, it is necessary to clarify the key contents of social media promotion of the library and its cultural orientation, thus effectively attract the attention of teachers and students. In addition, university library administrators need to make u of social media platform to actively publish the real-time dynamic content of the library and adopt diversified content display methods to effectively stimulate readers’ interest in the content. Meanwhile, the technical maintenance personnel of the library need to sort out the relevant resources in WeChat platform in real time, u big data to analyze the data information that students consult relatively frequently and increa the promotion of such content on WeChat official account in order to increa students’ attention and stickiness to social media platforms. 4. Deepen the Content of Social Media and Activate Its Form
Ensuring the diversity of social media content can better meet urs’ demand for content expression form in university libraries. Social media can provide a variety of content forms including text, pictures and audition files. The commonly ud social platforms include WeChat and Weibo. There are also some social media that can play  their roles in content forms including text reading and short video social platforms. Each method of content prentation has its own advantages. For example, text can accurately convey notification information while pictures can visually and vividly prent information content. In this regard, university libraries need to lect specific prentation methods according to the requirements of content publishing so as to enhance the flexibility and diversification of content forms. The ur survey results reveal that most urs favor the combination of pictures and texts. To this end, university libraries can push content to urs in this way. The pictures can be either static or dynamic. In addition, colleges and universities can also relea some content in the form of audio including inviting readers to read new products. On the one hand, it can
strengthen urs’ initiative to participate in the construction of social media content in libraries and on the other hand, it can enrich social media content. University libraries can edit some videos such as promotional videos and humanistic salon videos to enhance urs’ feelings about the promotion content.
5. Conclusion

In order to improve the quality and efficiency of management, it is necessary to actively apply modern technical means such as social media, which can not only provide students with richer reading content and stimulate students’ reading enthusiasm, but also strengthen the publicity of library work and enhance students’ attention to social media content in libraries. The content promoted by social media must fully consider readers’ interests, publish diversified content and ensure the quality of the promoted content. In a word, in the construction of social media content in university libraries, it is necessary to give full play to the advantages of social media, actively explore its potential functions and strengthen its management, thus providing better rvice and diversified content for readers.
