构建学习型组织对于现代企业至关重要。学习型组织不仅是现代企业的一种最前沿的管理理论，而且为全面提升企业竞争力提供了“解决之道”，并成为组
织生存与发展的前提与基础，对于企业的成败兴衰具有举足轻重的影响。尤其是
在信息社会和知识经济时代，组织的学习能力变得特别重要。因此，近十几年来,
