天津剪纸摘要：PURPOSE:When coke is nt from the coke furnace to the blast furnace with veral streams of conveyors, the shape and height of chutes at the conveyor connections and the total falling height are lected to keep the coke strength and prevent the coke from being dusted. CONSTITUTION:The chutes at the connections in the conveyors from the coke furnace to the blast furnace are shaped in such a form as the coke does not collide with iron plate but is trapped in a stone box or trapped and falls down. Further, at a connection, the height is shortened every falling and the tatal height is t preferably to 35m. For example, the shape of the chute under the cutter 18 is made a combination of the rolling-down type b and the stone-boxy type a and the height every falling is t 0.6-0.8m whereby the dusting rate is reduced by 4%.
