摘要：PURPOSE:To enhance magnetic property of a directional magnetic steel plate by forming marks due to irradiation of lar flux on a surface of each crystal particle of condary recrystallization formed by subjecting the magnetic steel plate to recrystallization annealing. CONSTITUTION:By the recrystallization annealing of the directional magnetic steel plate 10, condary recrystallized crystal particles 22, 23 are uniformly formed through a crystal grain boundary 21 on a surface of the steel plate 10. Each crystal particle 22, 23 is finely divided by magnetic domains 20-1, 20-2 but has the dotlike marks 24-1, 24-2, 24-3 due to the irradiation of the lar flux. By approriately tting an irradiation condition, one or more of the irradiation mark can be imparted to each recrystallized crystal particles. The shape of said marks is not limited to a dotlike shape, but for example, by forming a light source to a linear shape, linear marks 25, 26 vertical or in parallel to a rolling direction F can be easily obtd.
