自动化甘蔗削皮装置的研制
摘要
自动甘蔗削皮装置是一种可以实现甘蔗削皮的设备和机器。目前,无论在甘蔗相关的食品加工领域还是民众对甘蔗的日常消费中,甘蔗的削皮仍旧以手工方式为主。手工对甘蔗削皮效率不高而且容易划伤手,因此在一定程度上阻碍了甘蔗相关产业的发展。
首先,在总结与分析现存甘蔗削皮机优缺点的基础上并结合甘蔗皮层的切削特性,创新的设计出了甘蔗削皮装置的切削机构、夹持机构和整机框架结构。
其次,在对各机构进行运动学分析的基础上使用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对切削刀架的装配结构和切削运动机构做静力学仿真来模拟切削过程中结构处于受力和力矩最大状态下的应力和变形情况,从而验证装配和零部件是否满足设计要求。车工实训总结
再次,在对甘蔗削皮装置的控制系统功能需求分析和方案论证的基础上,设计了控制系统的硬件和软件部分,包括设计电气原理图、电气元件的计算选型、PLC I/O元件分配及其接线图,之后编制了PLC 的控制程序。
武汉周边旅游最后,在前三章的设计和分析基础上制作了自动化甘蔗削皮装置的实物样机,并对样机进行试运行和调试,最终顺利实现对甘蔗的削皮功能。

Sugarcane peeling device is a kind of equipment or machine which can realize sugarcane peeling. At prent, both in the field of sugar cane related food processing and people’s sumption of sugar cane in daily, sugar cane peel is still dominated by manual approach. The efficiency of manual on sugarcane peeling is not high and hands are esay to be cut, so to a certain extent, hindered the development of the sugarcane industry.
First of all, this paper innovatively designed a kind of cutting mechanism of sugarcane peeling device, clamping device and the whole frame structure on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of existing sugarcane peeling machine and cutting characteristics of sugarcane cortex.
Second, as to verify the asmbly and parts whether meet the design requirements, finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench was ud to do statics simulation to simulate the structure in the process of cutting force and moment in the largest state of stress and deformation situation of the asmbly structure and cutting mechanism’s cutting tool after kinematics analysis on the basis of was carried out on the institutions.
Third, this paper designed part of hardware and software of the control system, after doing the functional requirements for the sugarcane peeling device control system on the basis of analysis and scheme comparison, including design electrical schematic diagram, the calculation of electrical components lection, PLC I/O components distribution and its diagram and the establishment of the PLC control program.
Finally, make physical prototype of the automation of sugarcane peeling device and do test and deb
ug before smooth realizing of sugarcane peeling function, on the basis of the design and analysis of the first three chapters.
