奖学金感谢信SOLUTION: The single-photon generator includes a material as a core of two-dimensional photonic crystal optical resonator, a light-emitting body introduced into the material as a core of two-dimensional photonic crystal optical resonator, an optical waveguide using amorphous silicon hydride as a core, a low reflective-index material functioning as a clad of the two-dimensional photonic crystal optical resonator, a low refractive-index material functioning as a clad of amorphous silicon hydride optical waveguide, an adhesive material for joining wafer, and a device substrate. The two-dimensional photonic crystal optical resonator has at least one reflecting surface, and the amorphous silicon hydride optical waveguide has at least one reflecting surface clo to the two-dim
