Reflective report
1. Defined the problems 犯罪未遂
In AS1a class, we have learned the strategies for academic listening and note-taking for five weeks. According to the listening practices in the class and my lf-study 龙舟手工制作exercis, I find that I mainly have three rious problems in it.
Firstly, I always able to catch the key words of the listening materials and the main ideas are understandable, but cannot find the details. There are lots of the examples from the lecture ready book and the homework and listening and note-taking lf-study pack that I have done in the weeks.
Secondly, it is a quite difficult problem for me to summaries the information of the listening recordings becau I always miss the details in my note-taking. Since then, I began to make a comparison between my listening notes and the tape-script after finishing the listening. The poor quality of my notes affect me with the incorrectly comprehension.
Lastly, I constantly cannot keep up with the tempo of the listening recording becau of the low 余角和补角speed. So after the listening I find that my notes are quite disorganized, even sometimes I don’t understand my own notes. In other words, my notes are not efficient and uful.
2. Reflecting on the possible reasons
According to the exercis, the possible reasons can be en in the homework and listening and note-taking lf-study pack. It is obvious that the caus of my ries problems of missing the details when I take the notes during the listening are diver.
In the first place, I always cling to write down all the single words and the ntences what I heard in my previous experience. Becau I try my best to catch all the imformations as soon as possible. I worried that I will forget the points after the listening if I didn’t write down the whole ntences. In the meantime, I have to think about the correct spelling when I hear some difficult or strange words. So when I hesitating over the spelling of the words, the recording is still continuing, I misd more information’s eventually.
For hlookupinstance, the possible reason for my note-taking I think it is becau I’m not accustomed to taking notes with some short phras. I ud to try to write down all the words and ntences during the listening but it is so ineffective and even makes me lo the following points.Moreover,the style of the note-taking are quite different from what I did in my past experiences.Therefore,I have to change my pattern of note-taking.

3. Strategies ud
The solution of the first problem is varied. First of all, I try to take notes by outlining which is the way to visually reprent the relationships between 上海金贸大厦ideas. In order to solve the cond problems. I began to make predict before the listening. The prediction of the listening not only can help me get ready for the new information but also make me to listen more actively. Make a prediction about what the recording will talk about bad on what I know about the topic already.
For the purpo of make my notes organized and systematic, I try my best to u abbreviations and symbols to take notes. Becau the recording often speaks quickly, I always fall behind the speakers. It can be efficiently improve my speed of take notes according to u abbreviations and symbols instead of full words and phras even whole ntences.
4. Evaluating progress
To conclude, the listening skills and the strategies for note-taking are diver. They are very uful for me to take notes. In order to master the strategies for academic listening and note-taking, I find more listening materials on the internet after class and try to u all the strategies during the recording. After that, I collected more abbreviations and symbols online in order to make my notes organized and easy to read. It uful to improve my speed of take notes and get more information in the short time.
However, I try to take notes in different patterns such as linear notes、divided page notes、nuclear notes and so on. Compare with the different patterns, I can choo the appropriate one to do the note-taking when I do the listening test.
5. Future action
I believe that the listening skills and the strategies for note-taking are uful for my listening practice. I will keep going on suing the strategies in order to improve my speed on take notes and make my notes more efficient.Besides,I will try to summarize the listening recording. I realized that this is a good way to help me to remember the infor
mation in the listening test and put the key points into my own words. It will also help me confirm to understand the recording and make the notes complete.
