摘要：PURPOSE:To measure the displacement of an object to be measured located at a distant place readily and highly accurately by reflecting a light beam with the reflecting member of the material to be measured, and comparing a position of measurement bad on the displacement of the reflected light with an ideal position which is stored beforehand. CONSTITUTION:Lar light A1 is inputted into a corner cube reflector 2a through a variable mirror 4 and a reflector 5a. Reflected light A2 from the reflector is inputted into linear CCD nsors 12a and 12b through beam splitters 10a and 10b. The displacements in the horizontal and vertical directions are detected. The position of the measuring point where the reflector 2a is arranged is operated with a signal processing part 13. Meanwhile, the ideal position of the measuring point is computed bad on the angle of the mirror 4 which is detected with a mirror-angle detecting part 15 and the ideal shape of a reflecting mirror surface 1. Said position is compared with the measuring position of the processing part 13, and the amount of displacement is measured. In this way, the object to be measured located at a distant place can be readily measured highly accurately.
