摘要:PURPOSE:To realize a remote displacement measuring apparatus which can perform highly accurate measurement of the amount of displacement by projecting two light beams on a reflecting member, and detecting the two-dimensional displacement in the direction within the surface of a reflecting mirror and the displacement in the orthogonal direction with respect to the surface. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of reflecting members 11 are arranged on a reflecting mirror 10 such as an antenna reflecting mirror for the space. Beam-shaped light from a light source 13 is made to be two light beams through a beam splitter 14 and a variable mirror 20 so that the projecting angles of the beams are different. The two light beams are inputted into the specified reflecting member 11 through a half mirror 15, a scanning mirror 16 and a reflecting mechanism 17. The two light beams which are inputted into the reflecting member 11 are reflected in the directions in parallel with the incident light beams, respectively.
