摘要：PURPOSE:To improve the tting property to a forming mold and to improve the appearance and the ated nsor at the time of ating by arranging plural fastener pieces on which the fastener surface is formed at an interval on the surface of a ground fabric, placing a magnetic member on each fastener surface, and thereafter, closing it up tightly by a clod film. CONSTITUTION:In a surface fastener 1, three pieces of fastener pieces 2 being independent mutually are arranged in one line to necessary length in order to allow a cover material to go along a shape of a at at an interval L to each other. One piece of magnetic member 5 made of a thin synthetic resin is placed on the fastener surface 4 side of the surface fastener 1. As for this magnetic member 5, that which is obtained by mixing magnetic material powder into a flexible foaming synthetic resin, for instance, urethane foam of a cushion material is ud. Each fastener surface 4, and the magnetic member 5 being in an interval part of each fastener piece 2 are covered through the magnetic member 5 with a clod film 6 made of a thin synthetic resin of the same width as that of a ground fabric 3. Subquently, the clod film 6 of a fastener asmbly is allowed to go along the forming surface of a forming mold provided with a magnet, the magnetic member 5 is attracted and t, and a foaming synthetic resin liquid
is injected into the forming mold.
