The porous material is in at least two layers, over each other, with an adhesive bond to the impermeable layer. The porous layer of the vapor barrier can be of fibers or of glass, or of a synthetic material. The support (1) of ribbed plate is defined by parallel gutters (2) with the spaces filled with an insulation material (5). The ribbed support plate is perforated.
