摘要：TECHNICAL PROBLEM: To provide a method of surely mounting a liquid
repellent filter to a vent hole of a resin molded article accommodating electronic
components and the like, and to provide a thermal processing chip and a heat welding chip ud in the method, and a molded article.SOLUTION: A filter mounting surface 14 for dropping a filter 18 is formed within an inlet or outlet of a vent hole 16, formed in a thermoplastic resin molded article 13, using a thermal processing chip 22, and a filter fixing rib 15 is formed around the mounting surface 14. Subquently, the porous filter 18 is dropped onto the filter mounting surface 14, and the filter fixing rib 15 is molten using a heat welding chip 2, the molten resin is made to flow on a peripheral edge part of the filter 18 to cover the peripheral edge part, and at the same time the molten resin is penetrated into the thickness of the filter 18.
