Project Description 项目概述
The CITIC Lake Project is located in Nanhai Dictrict Lishui Town North, North-east of Foshan City. The project boarders Guangzhou City to the east, and is about 10 km away from Foshan to the West. The project is 12 km from downtown Guangzhou and about half an hour’s drive to major business districts in Guangzhou. The project site slopes from West to East. The west of the site contains some extreme slopes currently zoned as natural forest rerve. The eastern part of the site is relatively flat. There are two rervoirs in the site – Meijing and Shankou Rervoir. Together they

Existing Condition 场地现状
Karst Landform Area 喀斯特地形区 Existing Water Body 现有水体 Site Boundary 项目地块范围 The overall site consists of land area of approximately 5000 mu. The site is characterized by a complex physical topography of mountain ridges, valleys and lakes that form a distinct character and image for the development. The western ctor of the site consists of a ries of mountain ridges and valleys that extend in a east west direction and generally drop in elevation from west to east. The valleys feature steep side walls and ridges thickly forested ridges protected as forest rerve. The valleys flow into a central lake located at the lower elevations. The eastern ctor of the site is comprid of gentle slopes that extend around the perimeter of a large lake rervoir. This land is much flatter than the steep valleys and ridges in the western ctor. The large lake provides an expansive body of water and potential for a high degree of amenity for residential land us that extend around the perimeter of the lake.

Project Vision 总体构想
The Concept Mater Plan envisions a premier residential resort development in China with international standards nsitively integrated into the stunning local natural environment. This 18-hole golf cour and resort development will establish Foshan as a premier resort and recreation destination in Southeast China and is targeted at the local Foshan market and rising pool of affluent
Chine with a long term view of attracting the world-wide travelers. The central focus of the development will be a spectacular 18-hole golf cour. A number of exclusive residential neighbourhoods will be provided to reflect the high end residential focus of the project. The residential development of first and cond homes will be organized in single family villas around the golf cour to form a number of neighbourhoods. A wide range of recreational amenities will also be provided according to the international standards and the goal envisioned at CITIC Lake is to create a high end one of a kind residential community in Foshan. CITIC Lake borrows the esnce of Mediterranean traditional architecture and gets its inspiration from beautiful lake bank and clear sky. Through the refinement of details. It applies modern design methods to create warm and elegant living atmosphere. Living here, you can truly feel the old human and culture taste pervading in the Mediterranean Sea and the feeling of purity in vacation.
