（3）高强度螺栓在安装过程中如需要扩孔时，一定要注意防止金属碎屑夹在摩擦面之间，一定要清理干净后才能安装。
Metal fragments between the friction sides caud by necessary expanding holes while installing high-strength bolts，need to be removed cleanly for further installation.

（1）钢结构防火涂料的选用应符合《钢结构防火涂料通用技术条件》GB14097和《钢结构防火涂料应用技术规程》CBECS24b∶90标准规定和设计要求。
The lection of fire-retardant coating must conform to the General Technology Conditions Of Fire Resistive Coating For Steel Structure GB14097, and the standard regulations and designing requirements prescribed by the Regulation Of Application Technology Of Fire Resistive Coating For Steel Structure CBECS24b90
（2）所选用防火涂料应符合国家有关技术指标的规定，应具有产品出厂合格证。
All the lected fire-retardant coating must accord with the regulations of related national technical indicators and verified by qualified certificate.
（3）防火涂料涂装前，钢结构工程已经检查验收合格并符合设计要求和规范规定。

（4）防火涂料涂装前钢结构表面除锈及防锈底漆涂装应符合设计要求和国家现行有关规范规定，并经验收合格后方可进行防火涂装。

A.2.1 材料要求Requirements for materials
A.2.1.1 品种规格Product types
防火涂料按照涂层厚度可划分为两类：film thickness of fire-retardant coating divides into two types:
B类：薄涂型钢结构防火涂料。涂层厚度一般为2～7mm，有一定的装饰效果，高温时涂层膨胀西增厚，具有耐火隔热作用耐火极限可达0.5～2h，又称为钢结构膨胀防火涂料。
Type B: Slim steel structure fire-retardant coating. The coating normally is 2~7 minimeters thick with decorative effect. Under high temperature，the coating would swell and have the effect of fireproof and heatproof with the fire endurance up to 0.5~2 hours，which is also called steel structure fire-proof dilatation.
H类：厚涂型钢结构防火涂料。涂层厚度一般为8～50mm，粒状表面，密度较小，热导率低，耐火极限可达0.5~3h，又称为钢结构防火隔热材料。
Type H: Thick steel structure fire-retardant coating. The coating normally is 8~50 minimeters thick of grainy surface，low density，low heat conductivity and with fire endurance up to 0.5~3 hours，which is so often called steel structure material against fire and heat.
A.2.1.2 质量要求Quality requirement
各种防火涂料应符合国家有关技术指标的规定，应具有产品出厂合格证。

A.2.2 作业条件Operation conditions
（1）防火涂料涂装施工作业应由经消防部门批准的施工单位负责施工。
Construction operation of fire resistive coating should be completed by companies authorized by the Fire Department.
（2）防火涂料涂装前，钢结构工程已检查验收合格，并符合设计要求。
Before painting fire resistive coating，all the steel structure should have qualified acceptance of quality and keep up with designing requirements.
美食活动（3）防火涂装前，钢构件表面除锈及防锈底漆应符合设计要求和国家现行有关规范规定，应彻底清除钢构件表面的灰尘、油污等杂物。

（5）钢结构防火涂料涂装应在室内装饰之前和不被后续工程所损坏的条件下进行。施工前，对不需要进行防火保护的墙面、门窗、机械设备和其他构件应采用塑料布遮挡保护。
Steel structure fire resistive coating should be painted before inner decoration and be free of damaged by subquential construction. All tho walls, doors, windows, mechanical equipment and other components should be covered with 错过的情人plastic cloth for they don’t need fireproof protection.
